1 Plus Security is a leading provider of private security solutions offering a wide range of services including manned guarding, mobile patrols, CCTV monitoring and event security to some of Ireland’s most iconic events such as Taste of Dublin, Body & Soul, Electric Picnic and Culture Night.

Their challenge was to create a security platform to enable streamlined security management and incident reporting, providing real-time data and insights to improve decision- making and customer satisfaction.

To begin, we conducted extensive research to understand user needs and inform the design of a highly intuitive interface, simplifying tasks for security personnel with features such as integrated mapping and geolocation services, allowing users to select venues, view maps, and identify potential security risks based on their location and other factors.

We also designed a streamlined workflow for reporting incidents, making it easy for users to report and record key incident details quickly and intuitively. Data sharing and management was another key component of the platform. Our team designed a flexible and secure data management system to enable stakeholders to share relevant information and insights and improve decision-making. We also ensured that the platform could integrate with other systems and platforms as required, future-proofing its scalability.
