The goal was to create a mobile app that simplified the onboarding process and offered greater rewards and special offers, while improving customer engagement and retention.

The challenge was to design and develop an app that could seamlessly integrate with Circle K’s existing systems while providing a user-friendly experience that encouraged frequent use and stronger brand connection.   • Discovery: We began with an in-depth discovery phase to understand Circle K’s goals, customer needs, and technical requirements. This involved stakeholder interviews, market analysis, and user research to ensure the app would meet both business objectives and user expectations.
  • Design: Our design team crafted an intuitive user interface that emphasises ease of navigation and accessibility. We focused on creating a visually appealing design that aligned with Circle K’s brand identity while ensuring functionality was at the forefront.
  • Development: We built the app with a robust framework providing excellent user experience, efficient maintenance and capability for continuous improvement. We ensured seamless integration with Circle K’s existing systems to provide real-time updates on rewards and offers.

  • The new brand ID across web and mobile provides a cohesive experience that embodies the brand ethos.
  • The app’s tiered loyalty program encourages engagement by providing greater incentives as users progress through different levels.
  • Members automatically move up levels as they reach spending thresholds, unlocking greater discounts and offers.  
  • Users who opt-in for updates receive notifications about new offers as they become available. 
  • Offers are regularly updated and tailored to customers’ favorite products and services.
